Keep cell phone connections listed in Control Center & reconnect when phone wakes up.

Presenter connections from cell phones (tested with android) can disappear from Control Center when the phone goes into a power save mode (sleep), and the connection isn't re-established when the phone wakes up. Add option to keep the connection listed in Control Center and reconnect when the phone is back online.
